Looking back on fall 2022

Fall is coming to an end and soon the holidays are over us. This gives us time to reflect on the fall and what has happened for our little company in the last months.

It has been a busy fall for UXV Technologies. With both big things happening inside the office and outside the country’s borders, there has not been a boring day at UXV Technologies in the fall.

Gazelle award

Every year the Danish newspaper Børsen hand out their Gazelle award to companies that have experienced extraordinary growth. We have been a fully bootstrapped company since 2014 and a lot has happened since then. We have grown a lot in a short period of time on many factors and now so much that we qualify for the award. UXV Technologies is therefore Børsen Gazelle 2022.

“I am so proud of UXV for getting this award. Growing as a company can be a challenge and it is hard work. It is really nice to be recognized for the work we do. The choices we make in the company are made on a strategic basis. This means that we usually don’t see the outcome of our choices until years later. So our growth this year is based on our work two years ago and it is really nice to see that what we do pays off,” says our CEO Steven Friberg about the award.

But an award like this does not come easy. It takes hard work, dedication, and long days.

Policy dialogue in Brussels

On September 20, The European Commission invited 15 young adults from Europe to participate in the European Year of Youth policy dialogue with Commissioner Breton. Our CEO, Steven Friberg was among these 15 people who was invited to voice their vision in Brussels. The European Year of Youth emphasizes the importance of European youth building a greener, more inclusive, and digital future, and the policy dialogue with Commissioner Breton was centered around entrepreneurship.

“I was very excited to get the chance to speak with Commissioner Thierry Breton and to put focus on Defense Innovation in the European internal market,” Says Steven about the dialogue with Commissioner Breton.

We are proud of our representation and honored that we got the chance to share UXV Technologies vision and connect with new entrepreneurs from all over Europe.

AUSA

UXV Technologies had the honor to exhibit at AUSA 2022 and was a part of the Danish pavilion arranged by Danish Industry, housing among others Weibel Scientific, SYSTEMATIC, and Hydrema Export.

UXV Technologies had some great days at AUSA with a lot of interesting and giving conversations with both existing and potential customers and suppliers. It has been a successful trip with many great and exciting things in store. Among others, UXV Technologies met with Christian Gabrielsen from Blueye Robotics, who not long ago bought the Navigator Tab 3 to use with their underwater drones, that was recently used to investigate the undersea pipeline leaks outside of the Danish island Bornholm.

“Meetings like this where we get to see how our customers use our products is fantastic. It makes our work meaningful,” Steven Friberg says.

Visit in Hanoi

In October The Danish Royal Family paid a visit to Hanoi with the purpose of creating a greener future together. The event was co-organized by Dansk Erhverv and UXV Technologies had the honor of participating alongside other members of Dansk Erhverv. The event celebrated 50 years of diplomatic connections between Denmark and Vietnam and therefore we had the opportunity to show our soon to be launched SRoC controller to H.R.H Crown Prince Frederik.

I really appreciate having the opportunity to show our products to H.R.H Crown Prince Frederik and to celebrate the cooperation between Denmark and Vietnam,Says Steven Friberg.

The fall time has been a busy time for UXV Technologies and we are looking forward to seeing what the holiday season and the new year will bring.
