Nikolas Gonzales
What is your role at UXV Technologies?
I am responsible for the production of all our products.
What is special about this area?
It is the area where we produce the products which drive the economy of UXV Technologies. It is an important area.
What is your favorite part of the role?
I like delivering our products on time and producing a product of high quality
What skillset does your job require?
Taking responsibility, both for myself and for other people. Having an eye for detail and a great general overview. Experience in assembling the products is also important since a part of my job is to train my colleagues in the process.

Samuel De Boer
What is your role at UXV Technologies?
My main role at the company is as a mechatronics developer - designing electronic circuits and the software that goes in them. Additionally, I work as an application engineer with our customers, to narrow down their requirements and provide technical support face to their queries as we develop bespoke solutions.
What is special about this area?
I enjoy this area because it allows me to flex all aspects of my degree background and skill set - that of mechanical design, electrical design, and software development - in a unique way that can tie all three of them together in the same project.
What is your favorite part of the role?
My favorite part is the first-time integration of all the components of a new product altogether - mechanical, electrical, and software. Seeing it power up and function for the first time is very satisfying, as validation of the hard work performed over the project.
What are the challenges?
Every project is challenging (yet exciting) in its own way - Encapsulating what a customer needs effectively is a learning experience and very important so that we and the customer are both happy at the end of the day. Additionally, a good deal of learning and discovering is part of the project process - in order to formulate an effective design we need to intimately understand the problem domain.

Problem-solving, pride (in our products and the team), ingenuity.
Andreas Kihl
How long have you worked at UXV Technologies and has your work changed since you started?
I have worked here for over a year now. My work has not really changed, but I have gotten more projects and product lines throughout time.
What differentiates UXV Technologies from other brands?
What I can tell, we produce higher quality and more nice and 'finished' products. We always say that we are Apple for military use. So good quality and visually pleasing products.
What do you like most about your job?
I like the different projects which all have different challenges.
Can you describe a typical workday?
On a typical day, I talk with suppliers and design new products.
Frank Severinsen
Can you describe your role at UXV Technologies?
I am the head of Engineering and Product design.
Can you describe a typical workday?
In the morning I like to have a short meeting with the individual teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Production). The remaining day will either be spent on product engineering, supplier meetings, or customer interaction.
What do you like most about your job?
I like the broad technological aspect, mixed with the room for attention to detail.
What is the biggest challenge in your job?
Managing and scaling a growing business, while pushing high-quality products at a high pace.
