‍Your role:

‍As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing customers. You will own your customer portfolio and be involved throughout the entire sales process - from identifying opportunities to closing deals and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with our technical and operational teams, you will help customers find the right solutions while contributing to UXV's continued international growth.

‍Your responsibilities:

• Develop business opportunities and manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing across international markets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and successfully close sales.
• Conduct customer meetings, online demonstrations, product presentations, and represent UXV at customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and operations to ensure the best customer experience while identifying new market opportunities and trends.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in B2B sales or business development with a proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Enjoys building long-term customer relationships and is confident negotiating with customers and decision-makers.
• Has a technical mindset, works independently with a structured approach, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
• Is ambitious, proactive, and motivated by achieving results.
• Speaks and writes English fluently, is willing to travel internationally, and holds a valid work and residence permit.
