As a Production Worker, you will assemble, inspect, and prepare products for delivery. Working closely with the Production, Quality, and Engineering teams, you will ensure products are built according to specifications, quality standards, and documented procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to work instructions and production plans.
- Perform mechanical and electronic assembly with precision and attention to quality.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements before control inspection.
- Perform modifications, rework, component replacement, and precision soldering under a microscope when required.
- Complete production records and traceability documentation accurately.
- Follow approved procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Report defects, quality issues, and process deviations promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support other production-related tasks as needed.
Note: This role does not include technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, or engineering decisions. Employees are expected to follow procedures and escalate issues through the appropriate channels.
Requirements
Education & experience:
- Secondary school education or equivalent.
- Technical, vocational, or manufacturing-related education is an advantage.
- Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, electronics, or a similar environment is an advantage but not required. Full training will be provided.
- Experience in a regulated, quality-focused, or security-sensitive environment is beneficial.

- Basic computer skills for production reporting.

- Experience using hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic production equipment.
- Experience with rework and precision soldering.
- Experience with inspection, testing, and quality verification.
- Familiarity with production documentation and traceability requirements.
